“Three years ago I had a severe fall which landed me in the hospital for 4 ½ hours. They said nothing was wrong but after 9 days of severe pain, I decided to go see my orthopedic surgeon who found with x-rays, fractures of the T10. I was given a full back brace to wear! I wore it for 7 ½ months! I also had physical therapy 3 days a week for several months. Nothing helped! I saw two different neurosurgeons, one saying possible surgery (8-10 hours), the other disagreeing! I was then sent to the pain center where I was given very painful shots in my back. I finally decided I had enough and went to see Dr. Pesale who I had seen years before for back pain! Needless to say, he started treating me and within a few weeks there was hardly any pain, no more hanging onto the sink or walls to remain upright! "At age 72, I thought my life as I knew it was ended. I could not walk more than 50 feet without having to sit down and rest. I could not clean my house. When I did dishes, I had to bend over the sink and remain in that position until I was finished with the dishes. I could not travel; the airports were too big for me to walk the distances to the ports-so I told my family my travel days are over—“I am home bound.” Then my cousin, a patient of Dr. Pesale’s, urged me to go see him and get treatment. "I have a siatica nerve problem and have been going to doctor Dr.Pesale for three weeks. The pain was unbelivable before i started going and now i have a lot of relief. I was rushed to the emergency room because of the pain i was having after speaking to the doctors they said i needed phisical therapy, and the next thing you know i got his brochure in the mail ! the first day i came i was a little nervous, but the staff was so nice once i got in there i was calm and cool. #1 Pain Reliever‎‎...

"For the past 3 years, I've had terrible spasms within my hips, neck, head, and back. There are times when the spasms act up to a point that is unbearable. Within the past few years I've had MRI's, blood work, and painful tests only for doctors to find that there was "nothing wrong." with me. Clearly there was something wrong with me. They just weren't finding it, or have yet to find it. When I went to see Dr. Pesale he was very understanding about that. He took X-Rays and did find issues within my lumbar spine etc. My visits to Dr. Pesale help lessen my pain greatly. Most importantly the spasms that used to act up intensely are much, much less frequent. I am certain that I have Dr. Pesale to thank for that. On top of all this, him and his staff are extremely hospitable, and up beat. I couldn't imagine a better atmosphere."

Dr. Pesale is wonderful. I have been going to him for about 10 years after having numerous doctors tell me that I needed to have surgery for a buldging disc in my back. After seeing Dr. Pesale for a month I noticed a huge difference. I felt wonderful!! If you are in pain he gets you in right away or will meet you in his office (after office hours) to give you the appropriate care needed. The only con I have to say is that Dr. Pesale has a very large turn around in office staff and it seems like everytime you walk in, there is a different face at the front desk. Conveniently located in the Station House Square in Stratford with plenty of parking in front or on the side of the building.
